What documents do I need for financing?
At first when you initially apply, all you need is your driver's license or a valid photo ID. Later on after approval, you’ll typically need the following:
Proof of income (recent pay stubs, W-2s, or tax returns)
Social Security number
Proof of residence (a utility bill or rental agreement can work)
Depending on the lender, they may ask for additional documents, but don’t worry — we’ll walk you through the entire process and help you gather everything you need. We’re here to make it simple and stress-free.
How long does the whole process take?
It depends on a few factors, like financing approval, home availability, and site preparation. But in many cases, you could be in your new home in as little as 6-12 weeks. We’ll give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated every step of the way.
