Are manufactured homes safe in severe weather?
Yes — modern manufactured homes are built to strict federal HUD standards and can include features like wind zone ratings, anchoring systems, and more. We’ll help you choose a home built for your area’s conditions.
How long do manufactured homes last?
With proper care, a manufactured home can last 30–55 years or more — similar to site-built homes. Regular maintenance goes a long way in preserving value and livability.
Are your manufactured homes energy efficient?
Yes! Many new homes come with energy-efficient insulation, windows, and appliances, and you can always upgrade your options. We’ll help you find a home that balances comfort and cost savings.
What if I have issues after I move in?
We work with manufacturers that offer warranties, and we’re always here to help if you have questions or concerns. Your peace of mind matters to us, long after the sale.
What is a split heat pump? How does it differ from a traditional AC unit?
A split heat pump is an HVAC system with separate outdoor and indoor units that both heat and cool a home using electricity. They remove heat from the outdoor environment using extremely cold refrigerant to absorb heat and transfer it indoors, which is essentially the same way an air conditioner works, but in reverse. In the long run, they can save up 30% of heating costs compared to conventional AC units.
