Can I tour the homes before buying?
Absolutely — we encourage it! Come visit us in Oxford, AL to walk through available homes in person. Photos are great, but there’s nothing like stepping inside and getting a feel for the space yourself.
Do I need an appointment to come by?
Walk-ins are always welcome! But if you want extra time with a team member or need a specific time that works with your schedule, feel free to call ahead — we’re happy to schedule a time just for you.

Do you run a credit check before touring homes?
Nope — not at all. We want you to feel comfortable exploring your options without any pressure or impact on your credit. We don’t run a credit check until you’re absolutely ready to move forward with financing. Touring homes is the fun part — and it should feel that way!
